PETALING JAYA: Pemaju hartanah, MK Land Holdings Bhd bekerjasama dengan Perbadanan Menteri Besar Perak (MB Inc) untuk membangunkan 1,100 unit rumah teres setingkat mampu milik dan pembangunan bercampur di Simpang Pulai, Perak.

Kerjasama itu tercapai menerusi pemeteraian Memorandum Persefahaman(MoU) di antara kedua-dua pihak yang menyaksikan penubuhan syarikat usahasama di antara MK Land dan MB Inc untuk membangunkan projek di kawasan seluas 91.5 hektar di Mukim Teja dan Sungai Raya.

Di bawah projek dengan nilai pembangunan kasar (GDV) RM700 juta itu, sebanyak 2,400 unit rumah termasuk 1,100 unit rumah teres setingkat mampu milik dan 200 kedai akan dibangunkan secara berperingkat yang dijangka mengambil masa sehingga sembilan tahun untuk disiapkan sepenuhnya.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 15): MK Land Holdings Bhd is teaming up with Menteri Besar Inc (Perak) (MB Inc) to jointly develop a piece of land totalling 226 acres, belonging to the Perak State government, into a mixed development consisting of affordable housing and commercial units.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, MK Land said its wholly-owned subsidiary Ritma Mantap Sdn Bhd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MB Inc to participate in the joint venture (JV) to undertake the proposed project.

The land comprises a 62.73ha piece of land in Kampar and a 28.73ha plot of land in Kinta.

IPOH: Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNP) memeterai perjanjian dengan Kossan Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd (Kossan Ruber Industries) bagi membangunkan Bandar Integrasi Sarung Tangan membabitkan pelaburan RM1.5 bilion di kawasan seluas 333 hektar di mukim Bidor di daerah Batang Padang, Perak.

Menteri Besar Perak, Ahmad Faizal Azumu, berkata kerjasama berkenaan satu usaha baik bagi merancakkan ekonomi serta memberi peluang pekerjaan kepada kira-kira 6,000 rakyat tempatan.

The two parties inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) yesterday to develop a 226-acre (91.45ha) parcel of land located in Simpang Pulai, with the development to be undertaken by a joint-venture company between MB Inc and MK Land.

“This MoU is the first step for the Perak state government towards fulfilling the federal government’s promise to provide affordable housing for Malaysians.

IPOH, Aug 9 — Glove company Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd will be building an integrated glove factory in Bidor, Perak soon.

An agreement was signed today between Kossan and State Economic Development Board (SEDC) for the project.

The ceremony, held at Perak state secretariat building, was witnessed by Mentri Besar Ahmad Faizal Azumu.

Kossan group managing director Tan Sri Lim Kuang Sia said once construction is completed, the factory would offer at least 6,000 job opportunities.
