IPOH: Three students have been awarded scholarships under the Perak Corporate Leadership Apprentice Scheme (CLAS) by MB Inc. Perak.
The recipients are Firas Firdaus Izhar Abadi and Jasneek Kaur Suwaran Singh, both from Universiti Malaya (UM) and Mathurambiga Maniom from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah.
Firas Firdaus is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Jasneek Kaur a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, and Mathurambiga a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
With these additions, the total number of CLAS scholarship recipients now stands at nine.
A briefing session for the new CLAS students was held at the MB Inc. Perak headquarters.
The briefing focused on explaining the program’s vision and career development plans.
It included an introduction to the various courses offered to the scholarship recipients, as well as advanced English courses.
The CLAS MB Inc. Perak program was launched as part of MB Inc. Perak’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The program aims to support selected students through scholarships, career development plans, and the provision of internship opportunities.
This effort seeks to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to cultivate a generation of outstanding leaders who will drive the country’s administration and development in the future.
Present at the session were MB Inc. Perak’s General Manager of Corporate Affairs, Rizam Abd Rani; MB Inc. Perak’s Human Resources and Administration Manager, Nurul Zafirah Zakaria, along with a team of representatives from the Human Resources and Administration Department of MB Inc. Perak.
